General Surgery – CFMC Hospital
Description:
This General Surgery rotation offers a mixed clinical experience with a strong focus on inpatient surgical care. Students will have the opportunity to take patient histories, perform physical examinations, participate in patient management discussions, and present cases to the supervising physician. The rotation is mostly inpatient, with students also attending the outpatient clinic on a weekly basis for additional continuity of care and surgical follow-up experience. The schedule includes 3–4 clinical days per week depending on availability.
